A big congratulations to Chloe and Jakobi as they receive the keys to their new home at Crail Cottages! .

This is what it’s all about. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home and put down roots in a community they can call their own. We’re making homeownership more affordable and helping families build a foundation for their future.

Seeing these homes filled with families is a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. Welcome home, Chloe and Jakobi! We’re so happy you’re here! 🏡

🎉 Celebrating 8 New Affordable Homes! 🏡

What a special day for Common Ground! We recently gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of 8 new homes at Crail Cottages and the incredible community support that made this milestone possible.

This celebration was about more than just new construction. It was about creating opportunities for homeownership, building community, and helping families take the next step toward a place they can call home. ❤️

We were honored to have our homebuyers join us as we celebrated this exciting achievement together!

A heartfelt thank you to all of our contractors, community partners, investors, and donors who helped bring this project to life. Your support, hard work, and belief in our mission made these homes possible. We are so grateful for everyone who played a part in making this vision a reality.

Here's to new beginnings, new neighbors, and the power of community! 🏡✨
