Apple Capital Gardening Project Reconnecting local growers, food banks, and volunteers to secure fresh produce for people all over Washington State.

The Apple Capital Gardening Project (ACGP) is a program associated with Harvest Against Hunger (HAH), connecting local growers, food banks, and volunteers to secure fresh produce for distribution to thousands of people throughout Washington State. HAH find new and innovative ways to decrease waste of fresh fruits and vegetables,while increasing the availability of nutritious produce for food bank

clients. The ACGP will work on strengthening connections with schools, educational programs, and the community. Project Leader: Lee Mendez
