You’ve had time.
What you didn’t have…
was closure.

That moment when something is fully done.
Put away.
Finished.

Most homes don’t feel messy because of stuff.

They feel messy because too many things are left open.

Half sorted.
Half cleaned.
Half decided.

And your brain keeps holding onto all of it.

That’s why even a “clean” space can still feel heavy.

Try this instead:

Don’t do more.
Just finish one thing.
Completely.
That’s where the calm starts.
