Brooke County Cubs Closet The Cubs Closet runs on donations provided by the community.

The Brooke County Cubs Closet offers new and gently used clothing to children in the Brooke County, West Virginia school district for grades preschool to 4th grade.

🖐 Volunteers needed! 🖐
We will be moving everything to our new location this weekend! If you would like to help, please meet us this Sunday (10/4) at 2 pm at the old Clothes Closet. Trucks, trailers, and dollies are most welcome! We’ll be moving all of the remaining clothes, shelves and a washer and dryer.
The old Clothes Closet is located on the corner of 27th Street and Pleasant Ave in Wellsburg right off of Rt 2. Please message us if you have any questions!

We would like to remind everyone that during the process of moving, we will not be availble to distribute clothes for our kids. Once we are back up and running, you will receive forms from your respective schools’ PTAs to fill out. Thank you for understanding.

We’re down at the old Clothes Closet on the corner of 26th and Pleasant Ave going through clothes, getting ready to move them to the new location! If anyone wants to help, we’ll be here until noon!

The Brooke County PTSA Clothes Closet has been renamed the Brooke County Cubs Closet. It will service children in Brooke County Elementary Schools from Preschool to 4th Grade.
We are in the process of moving from the 26th & Pleasant Ave location to the old Wellsburg Middle School, Room 206.
Once we are up and running again, we will publish our new phone number, as well as our hours of operation, donation schedule, and volunteer opportunities.
We are excited to be bringing back our clothes closet and look forward to working with our schools and the members of our community!
