Today, Troop Wellsboro 24 along with our community, pay respect and honor to Army Veteran Captain Frank Yungwirth, who will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery today. In addition to being a veteran, teacher, and active member of our community, Frank was the representative to our troop from our charter organization, the Wellsboro VFW. His kind heart and encouragement to our scouts made an impact we will not forget. Thank you for your lifelong service, Captain Yungwirth. ❤️🤍💙
