The RAB Foundation was started by the Brown family (as a gift from Palm Harbor Homes and Extreme Makeover) from Wellman TX to raise awareness about the dangers of Texting and Driving.

BREAKING NEWS: Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced during a press conference today that he has signed the texting while driving bill today. That means you will no longer be able to send an electronic message while driving. The bill is now law.

Sometimes you're just lucky, just grabbed the camera and clicked - right place, right time - didn't have time to prep, think or take a second shot.
