Smith Valley Youth Foundation The mission of SVYF is to support & enhance educational, social & recreational programs that support the health & knowledge of the youth in the community.

The SVYF is a 501c(3) organization that raises and distributes funds to Smith Valley youth organizations and / or projects. Membership of the organization is comprised of community members and representatives from local youth organizations. Smith Valley Youth Foundation activities and events are financially dependent on donations, memberships, and annual fundraising events such as the SVYF Dinner, Dance and Auction, and SVYF Merchandise

On Monday morning the SVYF and PTC unveiled this long awaited project! The newly built Discovery park portion of the elementary playground has been on the to do list for some time now and in collaboration with Nevada Landworks and Berrington Custom Hay we finally have it completed! A thank you to past members of SVYF and the Rotary club who started this project. We want to thank Nevada Landworks for their amazing work making our vision a reality and Berrington Custom Hay for the awesome turtle!
