In class One, there are few challenges not every student has the same abilities especially in Reading, Writing and Counting.
Some of the pupils come from streets when they are past the age and too late in the year so it’s the first time to be in school and needs special education procedures to cope up with those went in all stages.
We were able to take three educative field trips to Tarangire, Manyara, and farmer trade fairs.
OCF Management team still plan together with teachers and caregivers on how to improve academic situation including provision of monthly tests....
All in all our goals is to make sure every students are capable in Writing, Reading and Counting and for that we will need more materials, books and more time to stay with students.
Another challenge we faced this year is transportation of kids to and from school as some are too young to walk alone from home to the center currently we use relatives to es**rt them to protect them from road accidents.
And we would like to have time for different religion studies even one day in a week (OCF is non-denominational)....
Special Thanks to WORLD EDUCATION FOR KIDS, FOTOs, BUILDMART, PROCUREMENT GEARS LTD, The Management Team, friends, neighbors, Volunteers, Our Teachers, Matrons and caregiver who have supported us in either way in 2023.We always say one person to another person is the World."
