Equine facilitated grief support group for children the first and second Wednesday of each month from 6-7pm.

This is a free support group for up to 12 children ages 8-14 who have lost a parent.

This support group is hosted by our director Dr. Stefanie Mazer, Psy.D.

This is a support group, not psychotherapy or therapeutic riding, providing children with an opportunity to find support from each other and in shared experiences in partnership with horses on the ground. Horses in this context are seen as intimidating prey animals who provide live biofeedback that mirror human happenings through experiential learning opportunities. To reserve your child’s spot text 561-346-4228.

BUFO TOAD ALERT! 🐸 DANGER IN FLORIDA!

Spring is the time of year when the deadly Bufo toads start reappearing in large numbers in Florida. For those of you who are new pet owners or are new to Florida, we’re referring to the brown, bumpy skinned toads that range in size as small as your thumbnail to over 9 inches.

These toads secrete a toxic fluid from glands located behind the head that coats their skin. If your pet ingests any of that toxin, he could die in less than an hour if not treated immediately. Serious neurological damage could occur in less than 40 minutes.

PLEASE READ FOR MORE VITAL INFORMATION ON HOW TO PROTECT YOUR PETS! : https://www.pupeez.com/bufotoadalert/

Carnival on the Farm was a great success! We had 75 children from the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation and Hands and Feet Organization join us today! We loved celebrating the joy of being a child with the theme of fun and animals! The DJ pumped the kids up with awesome dance music, the magician wildly entertained with humor, the fire eater astounded, the ballon artists captivated their imaginations, the glitter tattoo artist and face painter high lighted each child’s uniqueness and creativity, and of course our peculiar animals played a key role in curiosity, awe, and connection. Thank you to all of our volunteers and donors! It was a privilege to see these children who have stressors and pain unlike most can imagine, get to enjoy themselves this afternoon.
