I (Emily Aronoff ) recently joined Glean Network's cohort of spiritual entrepreneurs developing a faith centered venture. Stay tuned for updates as I develop this idea into a nationally available outreach program that elevates the engagement of families with young children in the Jewish community!

Friends raising Jewish kiddos in Palm Beach County, come have dinner and let your kiddos run around and play while we catch up 😃! This monthly Tot Shabbat is a SO much fun for kids and adults alike. The food is delicious (and free) and the kids can play hard while we dine and chat so they are primed for an easy bedtime https://www.newsynagogue.org/tot-shabbat-and-family-dinner-dec-9-22/

Setting up spaces in a way that meets the needs of your participants is a critical element to successful programming.
I enjoy experimenting with your environmental design - I shifted the gathering space we use for our singalong shacharit sessions and really liked it! I provided three ‘layers’ of seating so that kids and grownups have options.
Next time, I’ll use a large rug to center the chairs- they are so lightweight that they moved too much.
