It's that time of the year again when the Police Department begins collecting toys for children in the community who may not have a Christmas. We will accept any new toy, so feel free to drop it off at the office anytime between now and December 20th, 2023. It's a great time to do those little household maintenance things. I bought this off of Amazon for about $25 to clean my dryer vents. Mine is a 25 ft one... Took about a minute to assemble and a minute to clean the vent. Unplug your dryer, disconnect the aluminum hose, and run this dwn brush end first all the way til you get outside. You can attach it to a power drill to spin it, but we didn't do that this time.

Clogged dryer vents are one of the leading causes of HOUSE FIRES. Clean your vents every 3 months. If you have any questions and need walked through it, let me know.
