Know a teen who's ready for a new challenge this summer?

Teen Intensive Circus Camp is new this year at Payomet Cirque by the Sea — and it's exactly what it sounds like. A real training program, with real skill-building, designed for teens who want more than a typical summer activity.

Each week includes group conditioning, acrobatics, and flexibility work alongside focused workshops in aerial arts, juggling, comedy, and performance. All experience levels are welcome and participants are grouped accordingly, so whether your teen has never touched a trapeze or has been doing this for years, they'll be challenged and supported in equal measure.

This is the program for teens who want to build confidence, find their people, and spend the summer doing something they'll actually be proud of.

Today's the Day — Bring your dancing shoes! 💃🕺

This is going to be a good one: Dancing Games is a fun, participatory event with playful structures and simple instructions to get folks of all body types moving to the music! The fun starts tomorrow, Wed, May 13 at 6PM at the Wellfleet Public Library.

Note that no dancing experience is needed and all levels are welcome. Facilitated by Gabrielle Ment & Copper Santiago of Payomet Cirque by the Sea, with live music by Woof Woof Meow.

Join us this Friday for our weekly Intro to Juggling workshop at Circus Central (formerly the Box Office for Payomet). This is a walk-in, mixed-skill session—perfect if you’ve never juggled before, and great if you want to keep building.

Expect a fun, low-pressure mix of throwing, balancing, spinning, rolling, and bouncing—a full introduction to “object manipulation.” You’ll build coordination and confidence, get a little mental + physical workout, and leave with new skills (and probably a few laughs along the way). Bonus: studies in recent years suggest learning to juggle can even help grow the brain.
