The nonprofit was created to provide coaching, mentorship, and financial assistance to individuals, communities, and organizations with a focus on the sports of football and lacrosse. The Foundation's grant and scholarship program is set up to provide financial support to deserving sports organizations and communities, and students participating in athletics, across the country that are in need of financial support.

Today we celebrated the life of Susan Hurley founder of and an incredible teammate of ours. Susan helped Team Belichick for over 10 years, along with dozens of other nonprofit teams, train and coordinate logistics for the Boston Marathon each year. She did much more than that, she was a positive inspiration to so many, a loving mother, savvy entrepreneur and all around good person. We will miss our regular communications with Susan and hope to honor her with our 2026 Boston Marathon team.
