The FINAL week of Enjoy Life Academy 2025 has come to a close.

This week was filled with high fives, 🤟, and making the most of our moments. This group gave their absolute 10 and we are so thankful for their unwavering energy. They showed their ability to chip off their mud and show their vulnerability through the week.

To our students, you are now all a part of the Enjoy Life family. Connect with everyone you met this week and carry them into the fake world to continue surrounding yourself with 10s. And from all the staff, thank you. This would not be possible without each and every one of you.

COMMUNICATION

93% of all communication is non-verbal. Students were lead through an activity
where they needed to use non-verbal communication to complete a task. As the activity progressed, their communication improved.

WORK TEAM

Here at the Academy, we believe you need to put in the work in order to form the team. As squad challenges continue, squads got together to discuss how each individual’s strengths can be valued when working as a team.

ATTITUDE IS A CHOICE

Focusing on attitude, students were lead through multiple activities to show that while emotions are uncontrollable, attitude is your reaction to life’s circumstances.

Science proves with a positive attitude, your brain and body work 31% better than if you were in a negative or neutral state. Students learned to harness the 31% by visualizing success in a power pose.
