Mt Hood Lions Club The Mt Hood Lions Club was founded May 11, 1951, and has been helping people every since. Our Motto is "WE SERVE"
We belong to Lions Clubs International.

Promoting the Mt Hood Lions Club, encouraging people who want to serve their community to
join us, and continue our long tradittion of helping people Locally, Regionally, and Worldwide. We support Boy Scout Troop 173, assist those in need obtain Sight & Hearing services, Support our local Volunteer Fire Dept., Senior Citizens, and Schools. We sponsor Reading is Fundemental at Welches Grade School,

have assisted to get a reading club started and equipt at the Welches Middle School, and provide 2 to 4 $1,000 Scholarships to Sandy High School Graduates. We participate in other worthy community service projects and help raise funds for other Chairtable Efforts in our local area. "WE SERVE"

Surprise! We know the cancellation of the Hoodland and Mt Hood Farmers Markets has been disappointing for both guests and vendors! We are opening up vendor registration for our Field Day event Saturday in case there are any interested last minute additions!

❗️With the heat and smoke we're experiencing, the Lions Clubhouse will open as a cooling shelter on Thursday, August 6 from 10am - 5pm ❗️

The clubhouse is air conditioned and has restroom facilities available. Please note that public Wi-Fi is not available.

If you need a place to cool off, take a break from the heat and smoke, or simply spend some time with friends in the community, we hope you'll join us.

Please help spread the word to anyone who may benefit.
