Next Wednesday, September 2nd from 5:30-7pm come meet with your teachers, check out your classrooms, reconnect with friends, and enjoy some delicious Dilly Bars brought to you by !

Hey Folks,

Putting out one last volunteer call for Friday's dance. We are still in need of volunteers to help setup and staff concessions + monitor the student revelers on Friday and we're coming up short. The students are really looking forward to this final dance of the year and we simply can't run the event without helpers. Please let me know ASAP if you're available to help out from 4pm onward. We know that everyone is busy and REALLY appreciate your help providing these activities for the Welches students & school community!

We’re wrapping up Staff Appreciation Week with one final “gift” for our amazing staff… no school today! (Just kidding, it may have been already planned!) 😉

All jokes aside, what a wonderful week it’s been celebrating the incredible people who make our schools so special. We want to send another huge thank you to the local businesses who helped make it all possible and truly went above and beyond to support our staff:

We closed out Staff Appreciation Week yesterday with a well-deserved celebration!

Our staff enjoyed a wonderful lunch generously donated by our friends at , followed by a sweet finish—Blizzards courtesy of .

To add a little extra beauty to the day, each staff member also received a stunning flower arrangement in a Welches mug, thoughtfully arranged by .

We may be biased, but we truly think our Welches Staff is the best of the best and it’s been such a great week getting to show them just a tiny amount of the unending appreciation we have for them! 💗💗💗

We think our staff is “Soda-Lightful,” and yesterday was all about celebrating them in a refreshing way!

Staff were treated to hand-packed charcuterie boxes filled with delicious goodies and lots of love, the perfect little midday pick-me-up.

Our hydration station was also a hit, featuring fun recipes like the “Recess Refresher” (Dr. Pepper, coconut, vanilla, and lime) and the “Lime Leader” (sparkling water, coconut, lime, and a splash of half & half).

We’re nearing the grand finale of Staff Appreciation Week, just one more day to shower our Staff with gratitude.

Yesterday we kept the celebration going with a festive Cinco de Mayo/Taco Tuesday fiesta!

A huge thank you to in Boring for providing an incredible spread and truly going above and beyond to make the day special for our staff.

To top it all off, we added a little extra fun with a “mock”-arita bar, because no fiesta is complete without it!

Another great day of celebrating the amazing people who make our schools such a wonderful place to be.

Yesterday was a sweet start to Staff Appreciation week!

Our amazing staff started the morning with delicious pastries and coffee generously donated by along with a DIY yogurt parfait bar to build their perfect breakfast.

In the afternoon, we kept the appreciation rolling with our “treat trolley,” delivering frozen blended coffees and snacks right to classrooms and workspaces for a well-deserved pick-me-up.

It was a successful first day of a week filled with gratitude… and plenty of delicious surprises still to come!

The WPTCO is so excited to kick off a week dedicated to celebrating the incredible staff who make our schools such a special place every single day.

Throughout the week, we love to sprinkle in little surprises, treats, and moments of recognition as a small token of our appreciation. It’s just one way we can say thank you for the care, dedication, and heart the Welches staff brings to students and our community.

This week, we encourage everyone to take a moment to share a little extra thanks with the people who make a difference each day, the teachers, bus drivers, office staff, custodians, and so many more who help our schools run smoothly. 💗💗💗
