💙 Thank You, McDowell County! 💙

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and supported the fundraiser meal this past Saturday. Because of your generosity and willingness to show up for your neighbors, we were able to raise support not only for the Nehemiah Project, but also for our friends at Zera House.

Moments like this remind us how strong our community truly is when we come together with a shared purpose. Every plate served and every donation given helps us continue our mission of serving hot, nourishing meals and supporting those in need across our region.

We are grateful for each of you who showed up, shared a meal, and helped make a difference.

Together, we are building something special. ❤️

✨ This Week at The Nehemiah Project ✨

This week reminded us why we do what we do. ❤️

In response to the Princeton Towers incident, we were honored to help deliver meals to displaced elderly residents in Mercer County. We partnered with hardworking community members who stepped up immediately to love on those in need 🤝🏽.

Through our Fellowship Table 🍽️, we were able to provide 28 free hot meals — prepared and served with care — all while continuing full operations at Latin Appalachian 🌮🏔️.

One of the most meaningful moments of the week was watching the local church show up ⛪.
A pastor came in to fill out guest checks with scripture and encouraging messages 📖✍🏽. Another special friend brought her pastor to pray over us on a day when we truly needed it 🙏🏽.

We are humbled.
We are grateful.
And we see God moving in downtown Welch, West Virginia ✨

If you would like to donate a meal and help us continue serving families in need, you can do so through our Zeffy donation page:

Every meal makes a difference.

Thank you to every volunteer 🙌🏽, every donor 💛, every prayer warrior 🙏🏽, and every customer who makes this possible simply by walking through our doors 🚪.

❤️ Fellowship Table is always offered.
❤️ Community is always welcome.
❤️ Hope is always being built — one meal at a time.
