Who We Are
The City of Weirton’s principal charity, the Weirton United Way supports our Member Agencies which provide a vital social infrastructure for the people of the community.
By supporting the Weirton United Way, you enable our Member Agencies to feed the hungry, help the poor, inspire a child, care for the elderly, comfort the sick, wipe-out illiteracy, relieve suffering in disaster, unite the community and change our world.
Member Agencies:
American Red Cross of Northwest WV, Catholic Charities West Virginia , Community Bread Basket, Dunbar Recreation Center, Healthways, Inc, Hancock/Brooke/Ohio/Marshall Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), Hancock County Sheltered Workshop, Hancock County 4-H Foundation, Weirton Medical Center, Mary H. Weir Public Library, Salvation Army, Weirton Corps, Weirton Christian Center.
