📣 ATTENTION: COLORADO COUNTY FAIR LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS

Fairgrounds cleanup is this Saturday, Sept 5th beginning at 8:00 a.m. and continuing until all work is complete.

This includes exhibitors in:

🐮 Bucket Calves
🐄 Cattle
🐇 Rabbits
🐓 Broilers
🐑 Lambs
🐖 Hogs
gOATS
🔧 Ag Mechanics

All exhibitors must sign in upon arrival and sign out before leaving. Exhibitors who do not participate in cleanup will be charged $300, deducted from their sale check.

Please bring any helpful cleanup equipment you have, including:

🧹 Brooms and dustpans
🍃 Blowers
🌿 Trimmers
🧤 Work gloves

IMPORTANT PACKET REMINDER: All required parent/guardian work hours must be signed up for by Friday at 3:00 p.m. There are still work opportunities available!

Exhibitor packets will be distributed only after:

✅ The exhibitor has completed fairgrounds cleanup
✅ The exhibitor has signed in and out
✅ All required family work hours have been scheduled

We will verify work-hour signups before packets are released. We look forward to seeing everyone Saturday and appreciate your help getting the fairgrounds ready!

First off a huge thank you to the parents that came out to this years first concession stand shift last night!!!

It went so amazingly smooth and we couldn’t ask for an easier night.

The support from parents makes all the difference as we raise funds to do all the fun activities and contest we have planned this year.

With over 100 events planned for the year, these funds will make the year so much more memorable for all the FFA members.

Weimar FFA will be hosting a parent meeting for all parents of students who will be involved in FFA this year as well as those who think they are interested but not sure what they can do in FFA. WE HAVE A PLACE FOR EVERYONE IN FFA!

Looking for Weimar FFA Ag-Mech Supporters!!

We are looking for companies and individuals to jump on as supporters! Please reach out if you’re interested supporting these awesome kids this year.

Our first goal is $5,000 by October 20th. This will pay for entry for a trailer build of where we will get a 24’ trailer to use for AGMECH and ffa activities.
