Revitalization Association of Weeping Water is looking for notable images of Weeping Water to showcase in our 2026 Weeping Water Calendar. From now until November 2, 2025, we will be accepting images that depict life in our town–natural landscapes, wildlife, events, facilities, businesses, or architecture. All photographers will be credited with their name and photo title printed under their image on the calendar.
Requirements for Submissions:
Up to 6 submissions per photographer.
High-resolution files required:
300 DPI, at least 12” x 10” or 3600 x 3000 pixels.
Cell phone photos are acceptable if they meet the resolution requirements listed above. If you’re not sure about the resolution, send it anyway.
Horizontal (landscape orientation) is preferred. Images can include landscapes, buildings, community events, wildlife, or drone footage. No AI-generated or AI-edited images. Recognizable persons must give permission and sign a release to be considered for calendar publication.
Submissions must be made by individuals at least 18 years of age. Youth who would like to participate should have a parent or guardian submit entries on their behalf.
Some calendar pages may include collages of multiple photos.

By submitting your photo, you grant Revitalization Association of Weeping Water permission to use the photo in the 2026 calendar, and to make minor edits as needed to accommodate for the printing process.
