IMPORTANT RESIDENT CENTER (Buildium) SECURITY UPDATE
Effective September 15, 2026

Beginning September 15th, Resident Center will introduce an additional security step to help better protect resident accounts.

What You Need to Know
The first time you sign in to Resident Center on the web after September 15th, you will be asked to verify your email address.

Once your email address has been verified, you can continue using Resident Center as usual.

Tips for a Smooth Verification
-Complete the email verification using the same browser and device you used to sign in.
-If you do not receive the verification email right away, please check your spam or junk folder.
-Select “Remember this device” when using a trusted personal device to make future sign-ins easier.

No Action Is Needed Right Now
You do not need to do anything before September 15th. Simply follow the verification instructions the next time you log in after the security update takes effect.

This new verification process is being implemented to provide a safer and more secure Resident Center experience.

CAW Carport Clean‑Up Initiative!

We have received numerous concerns regarding carports being used as storage areas. Please remove any clutter and store personal items appropriately. Carports are intended for vehicle parking and seating areas, not for storage.

All carports must be cleaned and organized by September 4th, 2026 to avoid violations or potential fines.
