Cub Scout Pack 108 Webster, NY

Pack 108 has no additional activities planned for 2021 and will not seek to renew our charter for 2022. This was a difficult decision, but became necessary when we could not fill key leadership positions. Once a pack of more than 25 families, we shrunk to just 7 families in the 2020-2021 school year and only 5 starting out the 2021-2022 school year. Luckily Webster has several cub scout packs. We had a GREAT time at the 2021 Pinewood Derby. Congratulations to all the scouts who participated and special thanks for all who helped with setup and teardown. Many hands make light work! The Lego race was a fun addition this year. Pack 108 would like to thank the American Legion for hosting the event and to Boy Scout Troop 108 for conducting the race.

We had a great day today at Webster Park. We setup a tent, went hiking, geocaching, played kickball, frisbee games, and learned about fitness and first aid. Our socially distanced picnic worked out great. The next outdoor pack event is October 17th at 10am (Parkview Lodge - Webster Park). Everyone is welcome to join in.

Welcome back to Scouting! We know it looks different this year but we will have some fun events planned while being safe and socially distant! Out first Pack event for this school year is not being held at our usual location of State road School. We will instead meet at Webster Park's Parkview Lodge nearby the large parking lot at Holt Road and Lake road!
10-3 bring your own lunches! Masks required.

Scout parents, the pack committee met in July and have some great options to keep our scouts engaged and having fun this fall. We will be offering options that include small group activities, outdoor activities and even some virtual games. We will not be meeting at State Rd. Elementary this fall, so keep an eye out for a parents newsletter coming the first week of September that will provide more details and describe the options available to our scout families.
