Yesterday (9/1/26) the independent candidate for Town of Webster, NY supervisor decided to drive downtown in his little red Chevy to harass Malik Evans, the Mayor Rochester.

Calling a Black mayor a "sharecropper" is widely considered a derogatory and racially charged insult. In American history, sharecropping was an exploitative economic system that replaced slavery, trapping many Black farmers in cycles of debt and poverty under white landowners. Using the term today to address a Black public official strips away their professional title, invokes a history of racial subjugation, and is typically intended to demean or devalue their authority.

Is this the type of racist person you want to be in charge of the Town of Webster?

Here is another post today from the independent candidate for Town of Webster, NY supervisor. So many posts, so little time. We will try to keep up.

Here is another post that he altered for some reason. The photo on the bottom is the current post. The photo on the top is the original post. He altered the text to add the line to allege that it was a guy who went off the rails about a help wanted sign.

According to people at the diner, this never happened. It is a totally fabricated account of something that didn't occur.

Its a sad day when someone has to fabricate stories to garner sympathy.

Well today has been a busy day for the independent candidate for Town of Webster, NY supervisor. So many posts, so little time. We will try to keep up. This time he didn't delete post but modified it to remove a detractor.

The photo on the left is his current poll. The photo on the right is the original poll. Notice the difference? He removed the poll option that mentioned him by name that said "Anyone who has different beliefs/morals from Kevin Lockhart".

Here we have the independent candidate for Town of Webster, NY supervisor chasing down and attacking a protestor right in front of Bill Gray's.

Honestly I cannot believe he videos himself like this and then posts it on Facebook for the world to see.

There is a screenshot of the post with his name and the date/time in the comments.

Here we have an example of what he thinks of the Monroe County Sheriffs which would probably rollover to any Police dept.

Sometimes we are completely baffled by the post made by independent candidate for Webster town supervisor. And this one he posted today 8/11/2026 at 3:30 PM is no exception.

We're not going to elaborate much about this because the people who commented on it did a great job at calling out his inability to recognize the problem with his statement and the motive for posting it.

Just about the time we went to post this, he changed the wording slightly to be less insulting. We have added that screenshot in as well. So the pushback he got obviously had an effect on the words he used.

Some people have commented on the videos we post saying that they are a few years old, but we post them because they tell the whole story about the independent candidate for Webster town supervisor. You need to understand what he was capable of in the past in order to predict what he is capable of in the future. We see total chaos.

This event occurred just last year on October 16, 2025 in a Monroe County Legislative meeting downtown. You can hear the abusive tone that he takes towards the Monroe County Sheriffs who have the difficult and repetitive task of escorting him out of those meetings. In fact, he's been ejected so may times that we lost count.

Pay close attention to the last few seconds of the video as he is being escorted out the door. You can hear him lose his temper and punch the glass door followed by the crowd's reaction to that outburst. This is really telling of who he is....

You need to ask yourself one question: Is this person truly capable of representing the town of Webster in professional way and running the Town Board meetings??? We say absolutely no way.
