Here are some course offerings available at UWEC in the American Indian Studies program. Breann and Nicole from UWEC will be here tomorrow Thursday October 22nd 11am-2pm to help potential students on their higher education journey! Come see us in the library at Niibaagiizhig Maawanji'idiwigamig.

UWEC Staff can help with the following:

Help with current classes
Questions about Ojibwe courses, BSPS program and more
Discuss college options in general (not just at UWEC)
FAFSA (financial aid) assistance
Help applying or looking at next steps
Review your unofficial transcripts to determine how many more classes you would need to take to complete your bachelor's degree with us!

Please join us for the Annual TRAILS Youth Conference on November 13th!

- Youth grades 7th-12th, families, and community members are welcome! Registration is required!

- Sessions will include: Ojibwe Language, Entrepreneurship Workshops, Baaga'adowewin (Traditional Lacrosse), Birch Bark Arts, St Croix Tribal History, Traditional Foods/Cooking, Hands-On Trapping/Hunting, presentations from GLIFWC, and more!

Registration Information:

- Youth in Siren, Webster, Unity, Cumberland, Shell Lake, and Spooner School Districts should register with their Native American Student Success Coordinator

-Youth from other schools, adults, and other organizations should register using the links below:
