Jackie’s Hoofprint Tale: Father’s Day Edition 🐴

Some fathers teach with words. Others teach through their actions, their patience, and the way they show up day after day.

This Father’s Day, I’m grateful for the fathers, mentors, and ranch dads who have left hoofprints on my journey. Through horses, life lessons, encouragement, and the occasional tough conversation, they’ve helped me find confidence, perspective, and pieces of myself I thought were lost.

Much like our horses, the best teachers don’t always lead from the front. Sometimes they simply walk beside us, steady and faithful, helping us find our way one step at a time.

Today, I’m thankful for those who remind us we’re stronger than we think and never have to ride alone.

Tanya Penniman and her family came to the ranch for a funeral reception. They enjoyed family time, the horses, the gun range and riding around on the 4 wheeler.

Today at the ranch, Autumn not only rode Oops, but also drove the tractor and dragged the arena! She met the babies as well! As a side note-she ran the barrels in Special Olympics!
