Have you ever made pottery? Would you like to learn?
We would like to tell you about Reems Creek Pottery.
Reems Creek Pottery is a working pottery studio & retail sales in a quaint space. They currently have 4 ceramic artists.
They offer pottery private lessons and also small group workshops. All the pottery in their sales gallery is made by their studio artists. Your go to gal is the founder, Rachel Smith. She makes this all happen. They have been creating beautiful pottery for over 10 years.
Amelia Weber is the newest member of the pottery community. Amelia has studied fine arts in college and has been focusing on pottery for the past few years. Do you want to learn how to throw on a potter's wheel? Amelia will work with you in private lessons. Want to improve the skills you have? Amelia can take you to the next level.
Amelia will be around on October 4th during the popup to schedule lessons and talk with you.
Rachel Smith is a supporter of our Optimist Club and donated a beautiful bowl for our last auction in April. Thank you Rachel for all you do for the community.
You can contact Rachel Smith at [email protected] for more information or stop by their studio.
They are located at 181 Reems Creek Rd #6, Weaverville, NC 28787
Reems Creek Pottery will be hosting a Pop-Up Market on October 4th from 10am - 3pm located in the parking lot in front of their studio.
If you want to see some beautiful pottery or make some of your own, Reems Creek Pottery is a must for you. Let's support our local crafters not only this Saturday but everyday.
