Western North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance We serve 17 Counties in WNC in 17 counties in Western North Carolina

The mission of the Western North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance is to help create a community that is educated, supportive and inclusive of individuals with Down syndrome. We use donations to support children with Down Syndrome in western North Carolina with Music programs, Summer Buddy Camp, New Parent Packets, Swimming activities and more. The Buddy Walk (our main fundraiser) help brings awareness of Down Syndrome by making our community more visible to the public.

The Western North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance is inviting you and your family to a Asheville Tourists baseball game!

We would like to support WNC area families of "VIP's" with down syndrome, with a night at the ballpark for a baseball game.
