STEP UP (Services to Empower People to Unleash Potential) is a transitional living program in Western Oklahoma.

We are focused on providing up to 24 months of stable housing and supportive services to youth age 18-24 through our steps program. Our mission is to provide transitional housing and support services; including education, counseling, and employment for youth 18-24 years old experiencing homelessness.

Today, we honor and celebrate our incredible Board President, whose vision and courage laid the very foundation of Step Up Transitional Living Program. Because of her, what started as a dream has grown into a place of hope, stability, and opportunity for youth across Western Oklahoma.

Her leadership doesn’t stop at the title. This year, she showed up in a powerful way as a major sponsor of our Venice & Valor Gala, continuing to invest not only her time and guidance—but her resources and heart—into the future of this organization.

It takes a rare kind of dedication to build something from the ground up and then continue to nurture it year after year. Her belief in our youth, her commitment to breaking cycles, and her unwavering support are woven into every success story we celebrate.

Congratulations to Annabell Moreno, the winner of our 50/50 raffle at the gala! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible support of everyone who participated, the raffle was a huge success. Annabell took home $2,522.50, and Step Up Transitional Living also received $2,522.50 to continue supporting the youth we serve.

🌟 2026 Caring Award Honorees – Roger & Bobbi Blake 🌟

At this year’s Gala, Step Up Transitional Living Program was honored to present the 2026 Caring Award to Roger and Bobbi Blake—two incredible champions of our mission.

Roger and Bobbi have been passionate advocates for Step Up from the very beginning. Roger, a longtime employee of Sanguine Gas Exploration, helped introduce our program to the company, opening the door to what has become one of our most meaningful partnerships. Through their encouragement and support, Sanguine’s annual golf tournaments have raised tens of thousands of dollars to help youth in Western Oklahoma find housing, stability, and a path forward.

But beyond the fundraising, Roger and Bobbi have quietly stood beside Step Up as true friends of the program—cheering on our youth, believing in their potential, and helping our vision grow.
