🏆 THREE YEARS IN A ROW! 🏆

Congratulations to Weatherford High School’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) program on being named a District of Distinction for the THIRD consecutive year! What an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the outstanding work of our CTE teachers, students, and leadership!

The Weatherford ISD Education Foundation is especially proud to have supported these programs through the years with innovative classroom grants that provide students with hands-on, real-world learning experiences.

From electronic, lifelike medical manikins that help prepare future healthcare professionals, to equipment for Culinary Arts, a commercial refrigerator for Floral Design, and a cattle tracking system for FFA, our grants are helping equip students with the tools and experiences they need to explore careers and develop valuable skills.

We love seeing these programs receive the recognition they deserve, and we’re honored to play a small part in their continued success!

💙 Congratulations to our WHS CTE team! Thank you for the opportunities you create for students every day. We are proud to support you!

For the third year in a row, Weatherford ISD has been named a CTE District of Distinction! 🎉

This recognition from the Career and Technical Association of Texas (CTAT) honors districts that demonstrate strong leadership, innovation, workforce alignment, and student success in Career and Technical Education.

We are proud of our CTE students, teachers, staff, and community partners who continue to create meaningful, hands-on opportunities that prepare students for success beyond graduation.

📚 GRANT DOLLARS IN ACTION at Juan Seguin Elementary School! 📚

A brand-new book vending machine, funded through a WISD Education Foundation grant, has arrived on campus and is ready to put books directly into the hands of students.

More than just a fun way to choose a book, the vending machine gives Seguin Elementary another opportunity to celebrate reading, recognize students, and help build a lifelong love of books.

We love seeing the grants funded by our donors come to life across Weatherford ISD! Thank you to everyone who supports the WISD Education Foundation. Your generosity makes moments—and opportunities—like these possible for our students!

🌸 GRANT DOLLARS IN ACTION! 🌸

It may look like a refrigerator—but for our Floral Design students, it’s so much more!

This new double-sided floral refrigerator was purchased through a WISD Education Foundation grant and will give students the proper storage they need for fresh flowers and floral projects while gaining hands-on experience in their program.

This is exactly what Education Foundation grants are all about—giving teachers the tools and resources they need to create meaningful, real-world learning experiences for students.

Thank you to our donors for making investments like this possible! We can’t wait to see what our talented Floral Design students create. 🌷💐
