A bipolar individual is no harder to live with, love or deal with than most other people.

If someone in your tribe makes you feel inadequate or in any way implies they’re better than you because they don’t have an illness, kick them out of your tribe. It’s time to stop expecting those DIAGNOSED WITH A MENTAL DISORDER to be the hand of reason 24-7. They can’t have it both ways.
If someone expects you to not show symptoms of your illness then they are probably of very low moral, intellect and not worth your time or thoughts. It’s hard to make the decision to be alone but it’s harder to deal with being belittled, misunderstood or triggered by someone claiming to be a friend / loved one.
