Shop with a Hero 2022 is in the books! We were able to shop with 30 kids to make their holidays a bit brighter. Thank you to everyone that donated to support this amazing event, including Legacy Bank Weatherford who provided hot chocolate and treats. Thank you to Weatherford Fire Department as our partner in this event. Also thank you to Custer County Sheriff's Office, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and Southwestern Oklahoma State University for providing officers to shop with these amazing kids! It was great seeing these kids with smiles on their faces and shopping carts full of gifts.

Weatherford Community,

Attached to this post is a written response to several misleading articles published about our organization. Also attached is a letter provided to Weatherford Daily News in response to questions prior to the publishing of the most recent article. We would merely like to present our side of what has been a one sided story, as nobody had reached out to us prior to publishing any of the articles we are responding to but the most recent, and even then it was limited to three specific questions. We are open to questions and can be reached on Facebook or at our email [email protected].

Best Regards,
