As this school year comes to a close, we want to give a HUGE congratulations to our incredible 8th graders! We are so proud of each of you and cannot wait to see all the amazing things ahead for you in high school. 💙🦘

Lunch on the Lawn was an absolute blast! ☀️💙

We truly love and enjoy every opportunity we get to serve this amazing group of staff and students.

As a special send-off for our 8th graders, each student received a gift bag with a few goodies and got to shop from several tables filled with fun items like beach towels, pool floats, snacks, hats, purses, and more! 🎓🛍️

A special thanks to for gifting each of our 8th graders coupons to enjoy this summer!!

Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, volunteered, and supported this event in any way. We couldn’t make days like this happen without our incredible community!

🍎✨ It’s National Teacher Appreciation Week! ✨🍎

Let’s take care of the ones who take such good care of our kids… our TEACHERS 💙

They pour into our students every single day—with patience, heart, creativity, and so much unseen effort. This week is our chance to pour a little love right back into them.

And it doesn’t have to be big or expensive to mean something BIG 👇

Simple + low-cost ways to show appreciation:
✏️ A handwritten note or drawing from your child
☕ Bring their favorite drink (coffee, tea, Sonic run!)
🍫 A small treat or snack they love
💌 Send a quick email sharing how they’ve impacted your child
🖍️ Let your child make a “Thank You” card at home
🎁 A $5 gift card (Target, Amazon, Chick-fil-A—always a win!)
📣 A shoutout on social media tagging the school
🧻 Donate classroom supplies (tissues, wipes, pencils—teachers ALWAYS need these!)

Kindness counts. Words matter. Gratitude sticks.

Tison PTA wants to give a HUGE thank you to for spending time with us and pouring into our Roos In Action students. She didn’t just teach bracelet-making—she shared such a meaningful message about kindness, giving, and making others feel seen and heard. 🤍

Our students had the best time creating bracelets—one to keep and one to donate. Such a special way to give back!

She travels all around DFW, so if you’re ever looking for a fun, impactful activity for your students or a group of kiddos, we highly recommend reaching out to her!
