Our board was recently invited to attend the CASA Awards Banquet held at the Crazy Water Hotel in Mineral Wells. CASA serves both Parker and Palo Pinto Counties.

Board members recently were visited by members of the Parker County Health Foundation. We are excited to announce that we received a grant of $20,000 to help with medical, dental and other health related needs of our foster children.
Our group funds those and other needs like clothing, bedding, furniture etc. when children are removed from their homes by Department of Family Protective Services due to a variety of reasons.

We supported during April Child Abuse Awareness Month. Board member Donna Couch along with CAC Executive Director Diana Aslin, joined PC Chamber member Tanya Hodges and chamber staff member Mary Ann Wooldridge in wearing blue to a recent chamber meeting.
