Let's Fuel Growth

Let's Fuel Growth A registered 501(c)(3) built to strengthen mental wellness and resilience through purposeful adventure, education, & connection.

Our mission is broader than recovery: we support anyone pursuing better mental health and intentional living. "Let's Fuel Growth" is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization built to strengthen mental wellness and resilience through purposeful adventure, practical education, and authentic connection. We design high-impact experiences—from local wellness events to expedition-style treks like

Everest Base Camp—that help people build life skills, leadership, and sustainable routines around fitness, recovery, and mindset. Recovery is a core pillar, but our mission is broader: support anyone pursuing better mental health and intentional living. Through small-group programming, expert-led workshops, and “Summit Scholarships,” we turn inspiration into action—one step, one habit, one meaningful relationship at a time.

Everest Base Camp is not reserved for people who happen to have the money sitting around.

The 2027 expedition asks for training, fundraising, and showing up on days you would rather not. What it should never ask is that someone who has all of that stays home because of cost.

Scholarships are available. Email [email protected] for details.

That is what this community does: make room for the people who are ready to do the work.

EBC: Ask Someone Who Has Actually Stood There

Everest Base Camp 2027 raises a lot of questions, and most of them deserve a real answer, not a brochure line.

Fill out the short form on our EBC page and you will get the full itinerary, a gear checklist, and an invite to a live Q&A with Ryan Rivard, who has summited Everest himself. Ask him anything: training, altitude, the trail, what it actually feels like on day nine.

You do not have to be ready to sign up. You just have to be curious enough to ask.

Spaces are limited. Details and the form are at the link below.

EBC: What's Not Included (So There Are No Surprises)

The $3,000 all in price for Everest Base Camp 2027 covers a lot: Elite Exped's Sherpa guides and support team, three meals a day on the trail, lodge stays during the trek, and four nights in Kathmandu hotels before and after.

Here is what it does not cover, so nobody is caught off guard: international airfare, your Nepal visa, travel insurance, personal gear you choose to buy instead of rent, tipping for the porters and guides, and optional helicopter return flights if you decide to skip the last few trekking days.

We would rather tell you the whole picture now than have you find a gap later. A 10 percent deposit holds your spot once you are ready.

Details and the full breakdown are at the link below.

There is something the mountains do that therapy rooms and productivity apps cannot replicate.

At altitude, stripped of distraction and comfort, you find out what you actually think and feel. The climb is a mirror. The effort required to keep moving is the same effort required to work on your mental health. Neither is optional if you want the result.

The 2027 Everest Base Camp trek is built for people who understand that connection. It is not for thrill-seekers. It is for people who are already doing the work and want an experience that meets them there.

14 days. A licensed guide. A small group built for this.

A 14-day trek to Everest Base Camp is not a vacation. It is a structured experience designed to move you through discomfort at altitude and bring you out the other side clearer than when you started.

The route runs Kathmandu to Lukla to Namche Bazaar to Tengboche to Dingboche to Lobuche to Base Camp at 5,364 meters. You will share teahouses with your group, eat what the mountains offer, and sleep at altitude every night.

The guide knows the route. The sherpa knows the altitude. What you bring is the intention.

Let's Fuel Growth exists at the intersection of physical challenge and mental wellness. This trip is built on that foundation.

Most people who want to trek to Everest Base Camp never go.

Not because they cannot do it physically. Not because they cannot afford it eventually. But because there is never a perfect moment to say yes to something that requires that much of you.

The Let's Fuel Growth expedition departs May 1, 2027. That is enough lead time to get fit, save up, and do the training the right way. It is also enough lead time to keep waiting until the window closes.

Summit Scholarships are available for those who need financial support.

You do not have to know anyone to join us at Everest Base Camp in 2027.

Solo travelers are welcome and supported the whole way. Our guides build in shared meals, group acclimatization days at Namche Bazaar and Dingboche, and long days on the trail side by side, the kind of setup that turns strangers into a team fast.

Elite Exped's Sherpa guides, the most experienced high altitude team in the world, lead the trek. Hosts Ryan Rivard and Kayla Perez are on the trail with you, not managing it from an office.

This trip was never about being ready before you arrive. It is about choosing to grow, one step at a time, with people who showed up for the same reason you did.

Everest Base Camp isn't a trip you show up for cold.

Our guides recommend three to six months of training before you land in Kathmandu: hill work, strength training, and hikes with a loaded pack, 10 to 15 pounds, to get your legs and lungs ready for daily treks of five to seven hours at altitude.

The trek covers about 130 kilometers over roughly two weeks, climbing from Lukla at 2,860 meters to Base Camp at 5,364 meters, with acclimatization days built in at Namche Bazaar and Dingboche along the way.

You do not need previous trekking experience. You do need to start now if May 1, 2027 is your date.

$3,000 per person, all in. A 10 percent deposit holds your spot.

Details and the application are at the link below.

The departure date for this trek is not arbitrary.

Late spring is pre-monsoon season in the Everest region, which means clearer trails, more stable weather windows, and a better shot at the views that make this trek worth 14 days of your life. Guides plan around this window for a reason.

That also means the group locks in its size well before then. If Everest Base Camp 2027 has been sitting in the back of your mind, this is the point where thinking about it turns into deciding.

People ask what the Everest Base Camp trip actually covers, so here is the honest answer.

The fee includes the licensed guide team, permits, teahouse lodging along the route, and the group logistics that make a 14-day trek at altitude safe to attempt. It does not include your flight to Kathmandu or personal gear.

Summit Scholarships exist for the people who want to go but need help closing the gap. If that describes you, ask about it before you count yourself out.
