For example...did you know that the American Legion Auxiliary ladies used to cook the beans above the grocery store in the Legion Hall? The Boy Scouts had to carry the finished beans down those narrow steep stairs to be served. Not sure but did they borrow roasters from the school cafeteria to do this?

Friday 2:00 - 4:00 1) one people to re-stock desserts and make up beans for the evening shifts; 2) cashier

Friday 4 - 6:30 1) one to two people to help pick up and wash trays

Friday 6:30 - 9 1) two people to pick up and wash trays;

Saturday 6:30 - 9 1) four to pick up and wash trays; 4) a runner
