It’s been a crazy busy week!!!! We’re ready for the weekend! There was a car show and we did some exploring in Maggie Valley and a huge shoutout to the wonderful Jennifer Stuart at the Canton Library who provided a personal gardening experience for TC. We picked peas and watered plants before we got rained on.

Happy Wednesday Friends!!! Today was all about connection, growth, and showing up for our community.

Some of us spent the day gardening with the Greenies at the Canton Library, helping care for spaces that bring people together and help our community bloom. Meanwhile, LB enjoyed a beautiful day at Lake Junaluska, and RW shared lots of love (and cuddles!) with her feline friends over at the Haywood County Animal Shelter.

At The Arc, community engagement is about more than activities — it’s about building confidence, friendships, purpose, and joy through meaningful experiences in the world around us. We’re proud of every person who got out there today and made a difference!
