We had a special update today from Chishi Community School along with exciting news about an upcoming visit from our partner on the ground, Clive, with Green Living Movement!
We’re thrilled to share that class attendance is holding steady at 200 students — a true testament to the dedication of the teachers and PTA members who work so hard to make learning enriching, engaging, and fun. The school meals program continues to play a vital role in this success. We know that full bellies equal better learning, and this program is making a real difference every single day.
This month, two of the brightest and most enthusiastic students have been recognized as Head Boy and Head Girl — meet Leonard and Holiness! Their love for school shines through in their performance, consistent attendance, and positive attitudes. We are so proud of their hard work and commitment.
In addition to taking on leadership responsibilities and setting an example for their fellow students, Leonard and Holiness will be formally recognized during Clive’s visit later this month. We can’t wait to celebrate them!
