Smoky Mountain Chess Club

Smoky Mountain Chess Club We are a United States Chess Federation-sanctioned club meeting in Waynesville and Sylva, NC. Players Looking for a place to play or learn to play chess?

Most weeks we have from 8 to 20 players attending. Regular play meetings are:

Tuesdays at 1PM at the Jackson County Senior Center in Sylva. Note that you must be 50 or older to enter the Senior Center.

Thursdays at 1PM at Hazelwood Presbyterian Church in Waynesville.

e Hazelwood Post Office. Parking is behind the church. Chess is held in their fellowship hall. No age restrictions of any kind.
