The Family

The Family DJ Gray was the founder of The Family. This was his dream at the time of his death on March 22, 2011. DJ's dream was to start a club that revolved around family.

DJ's dad Danny (Greystroke) and mom Dianne (Momma Goose) have vowed to keep his memory alive for thier son. Anyone that loves to ride can join this club. We are getting ready to do the DJ Gray Memorial Ride for 2013, this year along with DJ we are going to ride for all the guys and girls that lost their lifes due to a motorcycle accident. We look forward to seeing everyone at this event. If you would like to join the club please contact Greystroke or Smurf or any active member.

As we prepare to celebrate the sixth year of DJ's homegoing we will be having a cookout at our home on March 26th. There will be a small ride before. Details will be posted soon. As always we look forward to seeing everyone.

On March 22, 2016 we will mark the fifth year of our son, brother and friends death. DJ died doing what he loved. This year we will have the memorial ride on Saturday March 26, 2016. We will meet at the Ingles in Canton at 11:00 am with kickstands up at 12:00pm. We will ride from Canton to Clyde past the accident site and then we will be taking a scenic route and end up in Asheville at the Asheville Recreation Department, next to nature center. We will be joining up with the Legendz for their annual Easter egg hunt and cook out. There is no fee for the ride, but we are selling Tshirts at 10.00 each and memorial stickers for 5.00 each. They will be having several raffles at the cook out and egg hunt. This ride is open to all, motorcycles, cars and trucks. So please come out and join us for the ride. WE look forward in seeing all of DJ 's friends and family.

We are not for sure if we will do a ride this March. Even though last year was the fifth ride March 22, 2016 is the five year anniversary of DJ's death. We will update the page as soon as we know what we are going to plan. Thanks, Momma Goose

The 5th Annual DJ Gray Memorial Ride will be held this coming Sunday March 22nd. We will start the ride with a church service at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church at 10:30 am. The ride will begin at 1:30. The ride will end back at the church with fellowship.
