The Bumbleshack was also $25,000. Of course, that was back in 2013. This is cute, but I like mine better!

Look at these two cuties sharing a plate. This is how I keep the mammals away from the bird feeders…give them their own. Check out the size of those chipmunk cheeks!

Edit: We have found a few options for my friend, but I’m going to leave this post up just in case.

Okay, y'all....I'm sending this out to the interwebs because you never know who may see it and have a solution. I have also cross posted this in a local group (hi guys! If you need more explanation see my page or message me!).

I have a friend I met in one of my adult autism support groups who moved to western North Carolina recently to help their elderly parents who cannot live on their own anymore. My friend is nonbinary, autistic, a member of the LGBTQIA community and CLEARLY a very good person. They want to go tiny! Y'all know that I will help anyone who wants to go tiny 🤣, but I feel like these people need my help more than most.

They are currently starting the hunt for their forever home which will be a park model size home, aka around 400 square feet. The three of them and their three doggies have decided that Waynesville may be the place for them so they can be closer to better medical care than where they are now in Murphy. They mostly survive on fixed incomes including Dad's USAF retirement. He served our country. My friend Door Dashes too, so this would put them closer to more opportunities.

I would love to give them a spot in our nonprofit orchard in Waynesville to have someone on site who can keep an eye on it because we live about 40 minutes away from there. I want to find the perfect person who will stay forever, and Karen seems like a great fit. The problem is that I do not have the funds to install septic and a well at this time, and they need to move soon.

So! What am I looking for? I don't know! Here are some options:

-An organization that will help with the cost of the septic/well on the nonprofit orchard land in Waynesville or a septic/well installation company that can sponsor us? Of course that's a dream but you never know until you throw it out there. I will blast your company across the interwebs and hail you publicly as a hero into eternity.

-Someone who has a legal RV spot on their land with septic, electric and well who wants a forever land mate on a fixed income?

-A small tiny house community that has an open spot and will accept a park model sized tiny home? I have a couple in mind, and some of y'all follow me...so reach out if you have something available.

-A local organization that offers grants (preferably) or loans for things like this that I can apply for? I am mostly aware of the national and state grants, but send them on over too just in case.

Help me manifest something for this family.

Pics of my tiny house and some lovely nature for attention!
