🦋 Spicebush swallowtails reach peak abundance in large forests of southern Ohio, where it can be numerous. There are normally two broods, in spring and late summer. Because hatches of each brood extend over several weeks, this species can be found from early spring into late fall.

If you've been to the Nature Center in the past and saw the orange water--you know how important this is, especially to our friends in the aquariums. Thanks for any and all donations you've made to the NCACC in the past, and remember us in the future.

Big news at the Nature Center! 💧🎉

After many years of hoping and planning, we’re thrilled to share that county water is officially connected—bringing safe, potable water right to the Nature Center!

This long-awaited project wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible teamwork and support from so many.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Nature Center Association of Caesar Creek for their generous donation that helped fund this project.

Another huge THANK YOU to our dedicated park staff, South Construction, the team at Deaton Plumbing for their expertise and hard work.

This is a big step forward for improving our facilities and enhancing the experience for all who visit. We’re so excited for what this means for the future of the Nature Center!
