Cooper, Hachi, and Nemo all saw the vet today. They all had a wellness exam and rabies vaccine. Nemo received Cefpodoxime which he will be on for 3 weeks for a booboo on his leg . The total of the bill is $346.53. MRK9 Inc. put this on a care credit card so that we have a while to pay it off. If anyone would like to donate to their care it would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: spoke with Franklin vet today. They originally quoted due to weight and Cooper weighed more so his surgery was more, however since they gave an original quote they honored that quote and they are refunding the difference. After speaking to different vets in the immediate area there are none that give discounts to rescues.
Cooper has returned from his surgery. He is doing as well as can be expected. He is a little thirsty but has no appetite. He is laying on his bed with a blanket resting. We will need more funds to cover his surgery. Franklin Veterinary Associates would not work with us as a 501c3 non profit rescue. Not only did they not give us a discount, they charged us more than was quoted. Please help by donating to Cooper's surgery. Thank you everyone and I will keep you updated.
