Social Media Challenge: Day 3 : Sometimes the opportunities you never expect become the ones you treasure most. I am incredibly honored to have been selected as Wayne County's Miss Hospitality representative.
When I was first contacted about this opportunity, I was truly shocked and humbled to be considered. Since Wayne County does not have a traditional local competition, our committee selects a young woman they believe embodies the spirit of Mississippi Hospitality.
After meeting with my local director for a Q&A interview, I became even more excited about the opportunity to represent Wayne County both locally and at the state level. A couple of weeks later, we gathered again for a media interview and my official crowning and press release.
One of the most special parts of the day was sharing the occasion with my Little Miss. Seeing her excitement made the experience even more meaningful, and I am grateful we were able to celebrate together.
