With each $100 tax-deductible donation to the Burke County Health Foundation, you’ll receive a limited-edition Burke Heritage Series ornament—a truly unique piece of Burke County history. Each annual design is crafted by local artist Katie Garner, who generously donated her time and talent to support care for underserved residents.

This ornament series is part of a six-year project dedicated to strengthening access and continuity of care for underserved patients across Burke County.

This year’s ornament is part of a one-time-only run…and once they’re gone, they’re gone forever.
