Kicking off the AGFS 2020 holiday support shopping spree!

We’ve extended our reach this year thanks to your kind and generous hearts!!!

Our support spans the US from families at Compassionate Care Hospice in NJ, as well as Hospice by the Sea in Solana Beach, CA.

We’ve also teamed up with the amazing souls over at Dr. Capetanakis Woman’s Health in Encinitas to sponsor a family in need.

Hi Change It Up friends! 🙌
Some of you may know that I started a non-profit foundation to support families dealing with a terminal illness during the holidays. And for those of you who are reading this for the first time on my feed, I wanted to give you a little background and how my organization helps families in crisis.

I created this charity out of love and inspiration from my beautiful mother who was diagnosed with cancer during the holidays back in 2001. In memory of my amazing mom, I developed A Gift From Suzanne Foundation (AGFS) to help turn fear and tears into HOPE & SMILES during the holidays.

We support families that have kids either losing a parent or themselves battling a terminal illness. We also support those who have no family around them during their last days— we are here to let those beautiful souls know that they are not alone!

AGFS has been around for 13 years and this holiday season we have so many families to support, but we're extremely low on funds. 💰❤️
