Twelvepole Creek begins near the Town of Wayne at the confluence of the East Fork and West Fork.

It then flows north to its mouth at the Ohio River near the City of Ceredo. We met on the 3rd Tuesday of every month @4!

Congratulations, Twelvepole Creek Rising on being a 2026 Stream Partners grant recipient. Based in Wayne, West Virginia, the group is in the final stages of water trail designation. 🌸 ACCESS WV Beautification Projects Are Blooming! 🌸
The Town of Wayne is a true gem, and we want to do our part to help it shine. ACCESS WV is kicking off beautification projects by placing flower pots around town to highlight the life, care, and pride within our community.
We can’t do this alone! To make this project successful, we’re looking for community members and local businesses who love Wayne and are willing to help maintain the flowers throughout town.
