COL Women in Scouting (COLWIS)

COL Women in Scouting (COLWIS) Cradle of Liberty Council Women in Scouting is an informal group of women Scouters (Scouts BSA, Venturing) formed to provide support and companionship.

Cradle of Liberty Women in Scouting was formed to encourage women to get to know each other, to build up Scouting skills and knowledge, and increase the participation women and Venturing girls in the wide world of opportunities of the BSA.

Troop 1719, Germantown has been approved to start a Scouts BSA Troop for Girls. We need experienced female (and male) Scouters to help get this inner city unit off the ground. If you can commit to a year of participation in meetings (Wednesdays) and one weekend per month starting in April 2019 please Message me to be included on the Founding Charter.
