Every Tuesday and Thursday we do a 7 pm activity. Tonight's was suppose to be a movie and a snack, but it changed up in one of the best ways possible!

A group of ladies got together and shared stories of childhood, heritage, marriage, children, grandchildren and the future!

We had belly laughs, tears and some really awesome stories. It felt like a connection that was so desperately needed by all!

Sometimes, life turns things into the very thing needed in that moment!

This just speaks to the amazing hearts they have in taking their time and creativity to donate to the elderly!

Programs like this are wonderful opportunities for all involved!!!

Our Thanks and appreciation can't come close enough in letting them know how they touch the lives of those who recieve their gifts!! ❤️

Don't forget our Wayne Woodlands Harvest Fair Wednesday September 16 from 11 am to 4 pm with a rain date of September 23.

A few weeks ago, Activities introduced a butterfly habitat to our residents.

We started with live catapillars, watched them grow and become chrysalis and today we were able to release 5 beautiful Painted Ladies in our Gazebo!

It has been so much fun watching and learning about the different stages of becoming a butterfly!

Activities had arts and crafts today, and because they are also studying the catapillar to butterfly stages, residents were able to design their own butterfly! 🦋

It was a really fun time deciding what they wanted their butterflies to look like!! And getting to see that our catapillars are already starting to form for their first stage!
