Last day on the mountain!
Today is a day I will never forget — I officially got full custody of my daughter, back!
Tomorrow morning, I’m headed to a Mommy & Me program, where I’ll be living with my baby for the next 6 months. I get to be a mom, be present for my daughter, and continue doing the work of recovery all at the same time.
I came to the mountain needing to find myself, heal, grow, and learn how to live a different life. I’m leaving with so much more than I ever imagined a stronger heart, a clearer mind, a new perspective, and the opportunity to be the mother I’ve always wanted to be.
The mountain has impacted me in ways I truly cannot put into words. I will carry the memories, lessons, friendships, and growth from this place with me forever.
Thank you for everything. Thank you for believing in me, challenging me, supporting me, and helping me become the woman and mother I am today.
This isn’t the end of my journey it’s just the beginning of a beautiful new chapter, this gave me a chance to be a mother to be my baby girl again!
