Please be advised that the field conditions have been updated. The gates are still closed due to the wet conditions in the parking lot area. Although the runway has dried partially on the south end, standing water remains on the north end. Considering the forecast of heavy rainfall for the upcoming week, we anticipate that the gates will remain closed for a minimum of two more weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued patience.

Regrettably, we have reached that time of year again. The field gates are temporarily closed to allow the runway and parking area to dry out. We will notify you when the gates reopen and kindly request that you refrain from making frequent trips to check. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience.

Good Morning!!

I just wanted to share something fun with you! My nephew had come to visit from Florida for the festival and he loves planes. His dad is a pilot and he has a simulator at home. I knew he would love the RC planes. When they got home they found out they have a very large RC plane store which led to them finding a club in Naples.

My sister sent me the attached picture. Today is his first day with the club and buddy flying. I just want to say Thank you to your group for this! He was already talking about coming back to see you guys again next year!

On Sunday, September 21, we will conduct the raffle ticket drawing for the aero scout at 3:00 p.m. at the field. Tickets are available for purchase at $5 each until the drawing commences at 3:00 p.m. The drawing will take place at the field, regardless of weather conditions, and will also be broadcast live on Facebook for those unable to attend.
